Initially intended to complete a photographic exposition, the music in RAUCH seems to peculiarly capture the misty and grainy depictions of contemporaneous architectures of monasteries.
Sound and images slowly shift altogether, from blurry narrow rooms to brutalist corridors of nothingness. The smoke conceals the radical changes in tones, harmonics and intentions of the space surrounding us, the mind is subdued to an uncanny fascination fed by a mute unease.
The smoke. So heavy, so numbing.
